ABOUT THE PROJECT
C.J.O’Shea acquired this 8 storey office block in Ealing for conversion under permitted development rights. The new scheme will provide over 311 apartments with addition of two new build floors. All properties will boast modern specifications including comfort-cooling and designer kitchens with integrated appliances, whilst selected apartments will also benefit from exterior space.

WHITE COLOUR QUARTZ WORKTOPS BRIGHTENS THE OVERVIEW
As part of another grand residential and office project for O’SHEA & GALLIARD HOMES, our client asked for Unique Marble’s expertise in quartz kitchen worktops. Modern designed quartz kitchen worktops are carefully made by Unique Marble and fitted to match the high spec of the development. White colour quartz worktops were used to brighten up all overlook of the flats, matching vanity tops used in the bathrooms and ensuites.
CHALLENGES ON THE WESTGATE HOUSE PROJECT
While usual kitchen worktops are designed to be 40 mm, we used 20 mm quartz stone to win a very fine mitred joint to have a 40 mm finish. Adding such quartz worktops for a volumed project was pretty challenging.
