Design and Build Luxury mixed use waterfront residential development comprising 2 storey basement with car parking, 46 storey residential tower with 366 apartments, 17 storey residential block with 91 apartments and a 21 storey apart hotel with 195 serviced apartments and 143 hotel rooms together with associated external works.

GRANITE BLOCKS ON THE WATER TOWER
Installation of a water feature made out from big granite slabs is carefully handled in front of this tower by thames. The water feature was created with granite blocks, brought from a granite quarry abroad.
CHALLENGES ON THE BALTIMORE TOWER PROJECT
Although granite is durable, it is not a problem-free stone to work with. Since granite is a challenging stone, logistics of it should also be taken into consideration before fitting. While working at the Baltimore Tower project, we selected the granite to be used for water features at Baltimore Tower that were brought directly from the quarry abroad.
