ABOUT THE PROJECT
Abbey House consists of 132 (80 Luxury) apartments and two thousand square feet of retail/commercial in one building that varies in height between 4 and 10 storeys. Also included a double basement with double car stackers (99 car spaces) built adjacent to and under Baker Street and over both the Metropolitan and Jubilee Tube Lines. The building was also involved in the retention of the existing Clock Tower and the partial retention of the facade.

GRANITE COUNTERTOPS AS KITCHEN WORKTOPS
The Abbey House project is very special as it was the very first project Unique Marble to make kitchen worktops. As part of kitchen worktops, granite countertops were installed in this prestigious building opposite Baker Street Tube Station.
CHALLENGES ON THE ABBEY HOUSE PROJECT
Despite the lack of experience in producing kitchen worktops before handing over this project, it was completed with utmost expertise and handed over with success. This project opened the doors for Unique Marble in the kitchen worktop industry.
